sir, currently i'm studying in 2nd year,b.tech with computer science.and in future i am determine to do MBA.
so my first question is:
which stream should i take in mba means should i go for IT sector,HR or FINANCE???

By GANDHI KUMAR From Annamalai University Tamil Nadu.

Answer:

Dear Kumar, It is very clear that you should do MBA with IT/Systems because you are currently doing B Tech with Computer Science Branch, so why to waste time for taking totally new branch.

As far as job options are concerned after doing MBA in IT/Systems , its huge believe me , you will be getting opportunities in government companies as well as private MNC's as a Project Manager in their IT department, I have been in this industry for almost 5 years so I know the job profile of project managers, as compared to other branches like HR and Finance you have less  burden and pressure of achieving targets, rather you will get a pre- set IT infrastructure and you just need to maintain it by guiding your team of IT professionals.

One of my friend was not that good in technical skills but he was very good at managerial skills , people used to listen to him , so he never regret of having less programming skills rather he just completed MBA in IT/Systems and now his own friends who were good in softwares work under him because he is the project manager.Your first posting after doing MBA in IT/Systems will be Assistant Project Manager. You will be having better job options as a IT manager in Gulf Countries also.Yous salary starts with 30-35 K per month and goes to 70-80 K per month and in other countries than India its more than 1 Lac.

This is what I would like to suggest you for this question,Please ask me if you still have doubt in this question. I am creating another post for your other questions.
