Join BCS Technology & Classic Elevators or Not ?

Querstion:

Sir I am from Ajay Sinha from MP Christian College of Engg. & Tech , recently one compnay "BCS Tech India Ltd." came to our college for campus interview and I got selected but they are taking 20,000/- before joinig , plz suggest whether I should join this company or not. Also please tell me about another company which is going to come to our college for campus interview i.e Classic Elevators I Ltd. ?

 Dear Ajay,

I have searched for both the companies and found both are not useful for a student like you.

In the same category of elevators if you search "Kone Elevators" you will find a proper web site  but if you search for "classic elevators" they are not even listed on Google.It does not matter a lot but at least give us an opinion that this company is not that famous.

The same case is there with BCS Tech I Ltd. they have their own web site but are in construction,I can not understand this , a company which is going to higher engineers with huge salary is not having a concrete web site to show others that what exactly they are doing, on which softwares they are working on, there are so many consultants who higher like this and then demand more money from people or show another hidden Terms & Conditions.

So I would suggest you being a serious student don't spoil your life with these unestablished companies.You said you also don't have any money problem so why not wait and prepare for bigger companies campus interview, Risk Is Life My Dear. 

Don't Want To Join A Software Company...?

Sir I don't want to join any software company, I would like to join any core company, Please give me any suggestion?: By Lakhan Patnaik from RCET Bhilai.

Answer:

Its a good decision that you know about your capabilities and decided firmly that you don't want to do this but you want to do this, means you have cleared your path.

Believe me in core sectors stability and job security both are there if you go in a right way towards it.

Very soon we are going to list all major core companies in this blog so that without wasting your time you can go through and deiced what and how to go ahead for those core companies.

As far as preparation is concerned for these companies just make sure that you are strong at aptitudes from R.S Agrawal and know basics of some technicals from your course like the summary from your books and also make sure you have done your project with Honesty.

We are also going to put all kind of technical interview questions for all the branches so just have patience and keep on asking questions here.

How Big NIIT Is?

NIIT started as a training institute and they have become the industry leaders for IT training.They have majorly 3 companies:

(1)NIIT Ltd: for training software and hardware, networking courses.
(2)NIIT Technologies Ltd:A software development firm of NIIT.
(3)NIIT SmartServe Ltd: A BPO company of NIIT.

So if you just ask me how big it is then I would say it is a very big company if you are looking to make a career in its training division i.e. in NIIT Ltd., here you may get starting salary as 14000/- per month with excellent incentives, career growth.

But if you are looking to make a career in software industry then NIIT's software division is not that big but they are working hard to make it like their training division.Same condition is there with NIIT's BPO also.
